Abhijith Anand

Abhijith Anand is a Litigation Associate at Bisani Legal and is part of the Firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. He is enrolled as an advocate with the Karnataka State Bar Council. His practice encompasses civil, criminal, commercial, matrimonial and constitutional law. He represents and advises clients in disputes before courts, tribunals and other judicial and quasi-judicial fora, as well as in arbitration proceedings. His work includes legal research, drafting, case analysis and the development of litigation strategy at different stages of a dispute. Abhijith completed his LL.B. (Hons.) at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. Before entering the legal profession, he worked in information technology and banking sectors, including with Capgemini and State Bank of India. He also holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. His experience across law, finance and technology enables him to bring a practical and multidisciplinary perspective to complex legal and commercial disputes.
