She holds an LL.B. from St. Joseph’s College of Law, Bengaluru and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
She has experience in Legal Research, Contract Drafting, Due Diligence, and Regulatory Compliance across Corporate, Civil, and Intellectual Property matters. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced as an Advocate before the High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam.Her areas of interest include Corporate law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Intellectual Property Rights, Data Privacy, and Dispute Resolution.
